THE COURSE: The events take place in the White River area of Mt. Hood. They begin at the White River West Snow Park off HWY 35, just east of the HWY26/ HWY 35 junction. The junction is located a few miles northeast of Government Camp. Depending on the weather the course can range in difficulty. There are no bike paths or pavement on this dandy of a route! Expect wilderness, and the beauty of the Cascades to follow your every step. AND, incidentally, you will not have to worry about traffic signals---or traffic. We promise there will be no cars on the course.
