Details: Join Tubbs Snowshoes and the Denver Metropolitan Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure for our 6th annual 'Romp to Stomp Out Breast Cancer' snowshoe benefit walk this winter at the beautiful Frisco Nordic Center! A fun and exciting 3 or 5 kilometer snowshoe walk on gentle snow covered trails to benefit breast cancer research, education and screening! 100% of all pledges and proceeds will go to Komen for the Cure and their local Denver Metropolitan Affiliate.

Details: BHP Billiton is proud to sponsor the 2008 Rock and Ice Ultra, the first in what will eventually become a series of endurance races organized by Northern Canadian Adventure Racing Inc. The Rock and Ice Ultra consists of three endurance races: the 75 km Cold Foot Classic, the 135 km K-Rock Ultra and the 225 km Diamond Ultra. Competiors can run and snowshoe or X-country ski.
